COTTER PIN HOLE WAS DRILLED TOO FAR BACK ON SHAFT. WE TACK WELDED NUT TO SHAFT. IF NUT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AGAIN TACKS CAN BE EASILY GROUND OFF.
