This is a big, fat scam! Do not waste your money if you are ordering from the USA. I placed one order, my first and my last. They sent me a damaged and USED water bottle. They sent me stationery that is wrinkled and bent. They sent me razors that are dull and dangerous. They sent me scrapbooking papers that are cheap and useless. I raised such a stink with them via their chat, and thankfully, was refunded immediately. I am sick of these overseas companies ripping off customers. It's a scam and a joke! You've been warned.

Customer service is terrible. Newell Brands owns this company, and I wished I had known this beforehand because I've had bad experiences with Newell Brands. The customer service agents are outsourced to PoznaƄ, Poland and Manila, Philippines, so there you go! Customer agents cannot help you. They read off of a script and tell you it takes days to respond to having my PW reset! Forget Yankee Candle online, go to Marshall's where you can get the candles for half off. Another American company gone to the sewer because of overseas agents.

Where do I even begin? B&N online is the absolute worst! Their website is terrible. I paid 10.00 for express shipping to my friend for her birthday. The website said it takes 2-4 business days. I ordered on Tuesday and now the UPS tracking says it will be delivered 7 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE. The agents on the chat feature are horrible -- rude, stupid, and do not care about customers. I called the 800 number and like all customer service departments these days, nobody speaks English and if they do, it's broken, obnoxious, and rude. Their customer service department is outsourced in India, so there you go! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THE BARNES & NOBLE BRICK & MORTAR STORES, BUT NOW, AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME! I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH AMAZON IN THE FIRST PLACE.
