They shipped 6 bottles of Matteo's Lavender Syrup that all expire within 2 months, and bragged about the excellent job they did because their policy guarantees they will not ship if it expires within one month. They shipped it across the country. They suggested that products are still consumable after the expiration date and that they did not like my ""tone"" and are saving all my voice message and emails to submit to their legal team because I asked if they are nuts doing that? And let them know this is like dollar store goods. I also informed them that I will sue if anyone in my household get sick from it, and I said I will leave unfavourable reviews for them everywhere to which they said any act of public defamation will also be passed on to their legal team and if I try starting a credit card reversal they will have to direct whomever to the return policy. When they have someones information how difficult is it email or phone call to say that expiry date to confirm iif that quantity is still wanted but no because they already have the money and they don't care. I will be seeking legal advice on this, It isn't right to treat people like this and this is not a good transaction whatsoever. I will also be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau, hope that helps the next unsuspecting consumer.
