I returned my exhaust system and it was received by the associate Felicia on February 16th. I have sent more than 50 emails to customer support as well as the accounting department and have continuously got the runaround saying my refund will be processed soon by customer service but have never received one response from accounting and I have yet to receive the refund for my exhaust system and I paid over $200 to have it returned so I am out over $1000, please spend your money elsewhere as this company is full of thieves and crooks. I am not the only one that has had their money stolen. Some people have never received the product and others never received a refund just like me.
