Poor customer service & was over charged!
I just want to say that I am highly displeased with the Beverly Hill MD customer service. I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, signing up for a 3 bottle subscription. The website kept having errors, saying the payment was declined, so I chose to use the PayPal checkout and the payment went through. I recieved an order confirmation right away and then apparently another order confirmation was emailed to me at 3:49 a.m. Today 2 payments were deducted from my account. I had recieved only one notification that an item was shipped. I called the customer service and to cancel the erroneous order before it shipped. Emily stated that although the second order hadn't actually shipped, that it was "too far in the shipment process to cancel". So I will have to wait for the package to get here, return it to sender and wait for it to get back to the warehouse before i am refunded. Emily was not very helpful and seemed like she could care less that the erroneous order was caused by the website. Her biggest suggestion was that she could extend my 90 money back guarantee. I have canceled my subscription due to the poor customer service and just bad business practice on the company's part. Why an order couldn't be cancelled when it hadn't even left is beyond me. I'm pretty upset because one order was a squeeze for me, but now I've been charged twice and the customer service representative did nothing to help.
