Shipping to a boutique is supposed to be free, but I was charged by mistake. Tried to call, no answer. Sent several emails over the months and no response or refund. I'm still waiting on a different order from over a month ago to even ship. It's still "processing?" Also, there was an awesome sale but the site was broken so the advertised discount would show in the cart but wouldn't work at checkout. I tired for days and it never worked, even after I contacted the company and they said they were fixing it. Everything I wanted sold out and then they ended the sale. Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. The stuff is cute but not usually great quality. I am done with this company.
