I ordered Christmas pjs for my kids. They used some random shipping company that said they were delivered, but they were not. I was told I needed to contact the shipping company. What?!? How is this my problem? Shipping company said it was delivered so there is nothing they can do. I called childrens place and they said there is nothing they can do and I would have to dispute it on my credit card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it was Amazon, I would have had a replacement sent out right away or instantly refunded. I will never order from children's place again.
