“I tried to order a textbook from this site”

I tried to order a textbook from this site. It's been a week now and my status still says new order! There is no phone number to call this company, only a contact us page that allows you to send a message. I have sent three e-mails/messages and have heard nothing. I have not been charged, which is the only good thing right now!
