Poor service and very misleading website. Stay clear of this website as they are only an AI service but tell you that they have a specialist or a very well qualified person in your field writing your paper etc, but all it is, is an AI service. The paperwork they sent through after x2 corrections was still wrong, but they tried to blame us, as we didn't provide enough information, but if they have PhD qualified people, then why would we need to provide all the topics, but as it is an AI service this is why.
Also the company website is miss advertising how good they are via trust pilot etc. The owner of the parent company is making up people and posting how good a service they were provided.
The parent company was only incorporated in November 2022, but now they claim to have professors on their books and have helped many many students. Its all lies and they are getting taken to court.
Save your money and time and use any free AI service if you cannot write your own material, as that is all they are doing for you.
