Hello from Stephen, I don't like to write reviews but this service compelled me to write one. Before hiring, I read a couple of EducatorsInn reviews and didn't believe much of them but still decided to take a chance with them.
From the moment I got in touch with them, I knew I made the right call. Their support staff is so humble and welcoming, they do their best to satisfy their customers. However the most impressive thing is their order placement process. The whole thing takes less than 15 minutes and the process is really smooth too.
First of all, I have to praise the quality of their work. The reviews did mentio; n this but nevertheless seeing the quality personally and the effort they put in my order was astonishing. But above all, their time management is excellent. This is one of the quickest turnarounds I've seen from an online service provider without sacrificing the quality of work.
However, there were some issues with the servers, the loading screens were slow and the user area had some glitches.
After reporting the matter to their staff, they took immediate actions. Their website was undergoing routine maintenance that's why it was slow and had issues with the user area. All in all, extremely pleasant and a satisfactory experience!

My ebook needed some addition in the final chapters. ContentAlpha took over, they did what was asked and also proofread the whole thing. The final document had no major error that I could find also the design was very sophisticated. I will be grateful to the team for doing a great ebook for me.
