Do not use hotelsclick.com for booking.Me and my wife where happy beacuse we where going to make our first holiday with our 1 year old son, We booked a hotel in london 6 months prior the holiday and after have payed 500 for the accomodation we recived an e-mail that inform us that the booking was cancelled without any reason, we called the hotel and told us that your booking was cancelled without giving any valid reason.We e-mail hotelsclick. Com. Customer care and after several days got a replay that we were going to get the refund. Now over 20days has passed i have contacted them but noting still no refund.DO NOT TRUST THEM AND AVOID USING FOR BOOKING
