I ordered a couple of lights from Litfad. After waiting just over 3 weeks I checked the package tracking site to see where they were. To my surprise it had been 'returned to sender' - no message from Litfad, no idea why. I emailed Litfad to find out when it would be re-delivered - they say it will take around 20 days. I pointed out that it is normal practice, if undelivered, to store the package locally and advise the customer where he can collect it from. But I think that suggestion has fallen on deaf ears.
