Horrible customer service! I bought the Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection due to 2 uncertainties: COVID-19 and my wife's unpredictable work schedule. One month before our travel date, my wife's employer requested she reschedule her vacation due to urgent work matters aggravated by COVID-19. When I called Berkshire Hathaway customer service to explore the options of using my travel insurance due to employment conflict, something clearly advertised as protected by the Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection, the guy I talked to was rude, curt, unprofessional and not helpful at all. After being on the phone with him for 5 minutes, trying to explain our scheduling conflict situation, I finally just hung up on him when he accused me of insurance fraud! He was an asinine charlatan! I will NEVER use Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection or recommend them to anyone!
