I have used Pedshed for years, but now they ship from China and their customer service line is a dead end recording. My two week shipping time is over 6 weeks now and still no product. Email to PS results in a reply to a broken link with no tag information.
I suspect that the original pet shed has folded and now the domain is run by a scam site. Never had a problem for years and now problems with them are wide spread.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Unfortunately, the fight against this pandemic is still affecting shipments so deliveries are slower. Pet Shed is an Australian based company and we ship via our warehouse in Singapore for logistic purposes only thru USPS.
With regards to your concern on the broken link, may you please send us your order number so e can check on your order? It usually begins with RPETUS followed by seven numbers (RPETUS#######)
This is the first time we encountered a customer informing us about our broken link. If you don't mind, may you please share with us as well the screenshot of the said email?
