After repeated attempts to change my password (as my usual one was not letting me sign in) and receiving the same message every day for two weeks (Oops there seems to be a problem) I decided to contact them via the website (and got the 'oops message' again. With great difficulty I tried to contact them via my own email and heard no word back. I contacted them again and no customer support at all. I have never had such poor response from a website in all the time I have used the internet (14 years)
