Although the guy at the branch was polite the company is very poor and are trying to take advantage of people who may have few options where to sell there car, we were offered a price on line which we didn't accept them we were bombarded with e mails with the price increasing, we eventually thought we would give them a try, the vehicle we had had a full service history and the same owner from new, we were offered 50 percent of the initial amount, we decided not to accept, 2 days later after the vehicle had been inspected by we buy any car we had another improved e mail offering us 20£ more than the initial offer we rang to check if this was valid or we were waisting our time returning, he said he would have to re inspect it, we returned and waited an hour to be seen and then was offered even less than the first face to face evaluation and we're told if we didn't accept it we would lose an extra 35£ if we came back, please don't use this car, I realise the vehicle we were selling wasn't worth a huge amount of money but we were selling in on behalf of my 85 year old father in law.
