I received garden plant inserts today. They were the wrong item. There's no way to make it right bc my user name doesn't work on the bonanza website. The only thing now is ask my cc for a charge back. I didn't believe I was buying something from a 3rd party website that has no affiliation with the seller beside a platform to distribute items. Unfortunately, the Dogwood Farm Market sent me 72 cell tray inserts when the paperwork and what I ordered was 48 cell tray inserts. Very disappointed. There's no number to contact.
Tip for consumers:
Check the web before purchasing anything on websites you aren't aware of or haven't used before bc I have become so fed up with internet purchases and poor customer service
