Were you also connected to WiFi or were you connected to the internet using a cable? We suggest that to have no lag when playing your movie from your Kizoa account that you are connected to the internet using an ethernet cable as this will provide a consistent connection to the internet. We also recommend that you delete the cache of your web browser, close it, and then reopen it by going to Kizoa to see if you continue to experience the same issue.
