Ordered a part Nov 2. Never received a confirmation. Fast forward to Dec 24, and received a confirmation. Two months later! I had ordered the part elsewhere in the interim. The part was delivered and I have attempted to return it. Multiple emails back and forth just to get an address and inquire how they want it shipped (UPS, etc.) and still have not received answers to these questions - it's like pulling teeth. Add to that a restocking fee. Crap business. Crap customer service.
