Signed up for a live webinar on Japanese regulatory requirements since my company is in the medical device business. They never sent me a link. On the day of the webinar, I logged into my account, thinking there might be a link there. It showed my purchase but provided no link. I engaged the online chat, who eventually just said send information to support@... I did so, requesting either a refund or a credit. I have not received any further communications from them.
