DHL claimed that my address "didn't exist" even though their tracking map clearly and accurately showed my address. When I called their customer service just minutes after the driver "couldn't find" my address, I was informed that they have no way to contact the driver! So I had to change to a different address and it will not be delivered for at least two more days (if it is delivered at all). How is it that drivers cannot find a building that is clearly marked on their own map? Or that there is no way to call the drivers and have them actually do their job?
