I bought a Volton Action e-bike last year. After putting a 1000 mile on my bike I noticed a few things were loose and thought some adjustments were necessary. I called Colton, scheduled an appointment to bring my bike in and 45 minutes later I had my bike back and tuned up. Everything was tightened and the noises that I had noticed were now gone. Bolton did a great job servicing my e-bike and I thought the charge for the service was very reasonable. It was good to know Volton does a good job servicing the bike they sell.
