“Still nothing over 3 months later”

Ordered a necklace in September nearly the end of November now still nothing. Have contacted customer service by email without any response four times out of six. When they have responded blamed the courier and asked what I wanted. Asked for a refund and heard nothing since. Look elsewhere for your purchase!
