Booked flights and Hotel with ebookers back in early Feb 2020 to go to Italy and paid in full, the trip is not until September 2020, then on 14th April i get an email to say that the airline have cancelled my flights and will issue a credit only not a full refund, and also told the hotel is not refundable and that is there policy. This is not right they need name and shaming they cant treat good honest customers like this even in this strange world. I will persist as i wont let this one go terrible customer service they don't even try you can call them they just don't answer
