I emailed Jeff at GlowBowl to cancel the order because it took too long. I had wanted to give as sibling gifts, but it didn't arrive, so I purchased other things. Instead of cancelling, he expedites the order. So, I still have to eat the return costs, email the company and wait for a return number to enclose, and write and sign an letter all to get a refund. It was supposed to be a funny gift, but the jokes on me.
