Don't ever get into business with these third class service providers, their customer service number is a cell number where they barr your number after your query so that you can't touch base with them again on the product, there site is the worst where you can't even track the orders that you have ordered. They just wash out their hands saying that after shipping it's not in their hands wihtout even bothering to check if the product has reached the consumer who had paid for it. Please stay away from these guys and save money. I have already filed a complaint against kri$#*!ool on National Consumer Forum for their irresponsible behaviour.
