I bought a LARGE PASS for Rs3000/-. On the FreshMenu website, it says that they will give an additional Rs1,000/- but that was not given despite repeated phone calls to their automated customer care and emails. Shouldn't make promises they don't want to fulfil.
I ordered for approx 1500/- but haven't received any product/s for over 3 weeks now. No one picks up the phone number given nor responds to the email id. They should be reported as fraud, before they dupe more people.
Tip for consumers:
get out of it before you get duped
