Made my first photo book at Shutterfly, had an AWFUL, TERRIBLE, BAD experience. Customer service is awful, nobody wants to address problems, no one wants to take responsibility - don't use Shutterfly (read all of the bad reviews).
When it came time to make another book I went to Montage Book and am so glad I did. The book was made & delivered really fast, the quality is great, the pages are nice and thick. One of my favorite things about this book is the collage of all the photos in your book that they make at the front and back of the book. These guys are GREAT! And my montagebook cost 1/2 of my Shutterfly book.

Wish I had read ALL of the bad, horrible reviews BEFORE I had ordered my photo book for my father's 80th birthday. I ordered well in advance, paid for fast shipping, kept checking on my order which continued to say "In Production". I called, they told me there was a problem and they messed up the order. They would remake it and send it as soon as they could. Customer service is AWFUL. Company is AWFUL. So disappointed, so angry and NO ONE cares at Shutterfly. After the hours I have spent making the book I have no book, no answers... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
