Here is my new review. You must keep writing more and more honest reviews about your experience with this company. They do not like negative reviews. Find other websites and write your reviews there as well. Do not take their word at face value. You must be proactive to get a refund. Once you get an agreement in writing about a refund, make sure to get it in writing from them that they have agreed to a full refund and/or have credited your acct. You can then go to your bank and dispute the charges. Do not let go and expect them to do the right thing. Keep writing and staying on top of your refund. In my experience it worked, but I was diligent. Then they wanted me to change my review, so I have to two stars. See it is changed.! Dear Susab
