I ordered 2 chairs in April. My account was charged in May. Now it is the end of June and I have not received the chairs. The customer service phone number says they are not taking calls and to email. I sent an email 3 times (with my order number) and still no response.

* Houzz attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
