What I booked originally was way cheaper than what they ended up charging. Their change fees are exorbitant. Lastly, when I called to confirm and request for changes, the person, Jian, deliberately HUNG UP ON ME! How do these kinds of businesses get away with such bad service and robbery? This is insane!
