We invested money with Coinrise and were initially impressed by the performance. Did Test withdrawals, all good. When we were not prepared to invest more and more money, they stopped trading. We now try to withdraw our funds - there is a 25% taxation fee on top of the 5% commission! Even worse, they want us to pay this fee before the funds get released (thousands of dollars), and claim there is no way around this due to smart contracts with the treasurer. Has anyone successfully withdrawn their funds from Coinrise? I realize all positive reviews are from people who haven't tried to liquidate funds yet...
Update: our account ended up disappearing from the website, we never got our money back. FINGERS OFF!
