I was intrigued by their beautiful clothing and the offering of a summer sale. As a first time customer, I carefully read their sizing and ordered 3 pieces. Two items did not fit my body shape correctly, the third was not as vibrant as photographed. When I went to process a return, I discovered, 4 clicks deep, the following return policy:
We provide refunds on full-priced merchandise that is not discounted by a promotional code, coupon code or special sale pricing ending in $0.99 or $0.97. All eligible returns must be received within 30-days of purchase. Please review our Return Policy for more considerations.
So my first time purchase, tempted by their astonishingly good sale, basically bit me in the butt as I cannot return for refund. Not really interested in a store credit, as companies who bury their policies so deeply and whose policies don't really reflect industry standards don't deserve my money.
