“Very bad experience! Stay away”

I am early stage startup and outsourced app work to Mobiloitte, once they got the bulk of the money, they neglected my project. They provided extremely low quality work with heavy lagging (kept making excuses of server issues), they are very difficult to work with. Once they received full money, they are not ready to solve the remaining bugs in the app (4months and counting) I would not suggest working with this Mobiloitte.
