Very disappointed... No carrier for service... No customer service. Waste of money, Im thinking I will not every order anything from overseas again

“Waiting 5 months now for my order and cant seem to get a response from Customer Service”

Been waiting on my order for 5 months now and when I email there customer service it takes them almost a month if not longer to get back to me and each time i receive an email back from them, Im told please wait please check your address and your postal outlet. DO NOT EVER ORDER WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER. I have learned my lesson. Is this how they screw people over and get away with it? OH free shipping sounds great until after you order everything you realize you dont get a tracking number and in my experience with them is feeling like they are ignoring the fact that they got paid and I never received my order and its been 5 months since I ordered and I cant get any kind of help from this scamming company

I purchased this watch for my granddaughter and she thinks its to babyish lol I have been trying...
