Allivet's pricing is great on most items. I appreciate how quickly they contacted my Vet to obtain prescription information. Items ship quickly. I'm very pleased with my experience with Allivet and will continue to use them for my pets needs.

BEWARE of this company! I ordered $125 in product from this company. 2 weeks later, no shipment confirmation, nothing. I emailed and left a voicemail to cancel my order. 2 weeks later I was charged the $125 and was only shipped half the items I ordered. Then I received an email stating the other portion of my order that was backordered is no longer available. I was never refunded for a total of $56 in missing product. I have left 3 voicemails, emailed 5 times through my person email, and emailed 3 times through the website with NO response. BEWARE of this company. They will take your money, then if the product is sold out or not available, they will keep your money. It's been 3 months and still no response. My only hope now is the BBB.
