Supervisor was not apologetic, very long winded -had to ask if I can talk. 2 CSR's reviewed my question thru email as I was charged twice for a product. I ordered 2 by accident in 2 minutes. Supervisor was not open to my suggestion to have an automated email sent with unique subject line to please confirm if you wanted to order 2 of this order- I like Amazon much better. So they've lost a customer over $57. Order - I order all the time from Amazon. They're loss.
