I reached out via chat because my 20% discount was not working and the representative was able to assist me right away.

I noticed they have since taken their site down, but I too was scammed. I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 11/22 and never received it. I emailed them twice with no response. I also looked up the address listed on their site and it's actually a variety type store, their address isn't even real.
I've filed an online complaint with internet crime, as well as disputing the charge on my credit card. Lesson learned, do not order from companies I don't know.
