I ordered an element for my stove. I put in the model and serial number for my stove. They sent me the element. I opened it to realize that the element didn't even match my other elements. I put the element back in the box. I paid to send it back to them. Then today, I received an email and said that I will not be able to get a refund because the part had been installed. How could I installed the part when the element didn't even match. Now I am out $189 plus the shipping fee that I had to pay to ship it back. Beware, because I feel that they just ripped me off on something that there was NO possible way that I could have installed it. The wiring and everything didn't match!
