BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!
THIS BUSINESS DISCRIMINATED, CHEATED AND LIED TO US IN ORDER TO SELL A VEHICLE! WORST MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE!
This dealership adamantly (illegally denied me the right to apply for a loan) to intentionally crook me out of a $500 rebate and further lied about fixing damage that was on the new truck prior to purchasing as well. They never replied to the GENERAL ATTORNEY'S office complaint! They replied to BBB with a lie. Stating I did not even mention the rebate until over a month after purchase. Avoided mentioning the damage they promised to repair was never met. VERY UNDERHANDED, DISHONEST. DO NOT GET CHEATED! HIGHLY ADVISE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP
