I placed my 1st order from them over 2 weeks ago for a father's day bracelet and box. The shipping label was created the very next day. 2 weeks later and usps has still yet to receive the item! I have contacted customer service multiple times and all I keep getting is the same email "it is in transit, could you please give it a few days?". I did just that and waited 5 days, still the same response out of the tracking number. Contacted them again and now they are saying "it is in transit, please allow 2 days because of the epidemic". No the epidemic has nothing to do with it. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund me my money. I will not be back!
