We are sorry to hear that your earrings for your daughter have broken. Pavé settings with multiple stone set in a small area are done meticulously, but sometimes a stone is jarred loose from impact or a prong catching on something, and although it can happen, it is not normal. Please contact us at your earliest convenience, we would be happy to arrange for you to send back your earrings for a repair.
