Happy deal-365 If I could rate a -0- I would. Ordered for Christmas over 2 weeks ago via Sears website. Called and the number is disconnected. Chatted with rep who told me it would be escalated. 48 hours later no response, called sears. They can't help but gave me a new number. Called it rang once and disconnected. Next step is to file abetted business bureau complaint suggest you do the same if you are experiencing the same issues.
