I have read many reviews and I agree with majority of those reviews they are inexperienced the employees are not properly trained at all most of them cheat on their test give each other answers just to pass and get the title. When it comes to preparing a tax return they are clueless. They should not be classified as tax professionals which are no where near that! Their a joke to be testing for nothing. It's unethical to hire people like that. I hate to have someone like that handle my monies. Some of them are also felons and do not let anyone know bad company to do business with. Who can you complain too when the Corporate Office is aware of this and won't do anything about it so it doesn't make a difference to call you can never talk to a person who cares or who will do anything. So anyone who has had a bad experience with H&R Block I agree with what your expressing
