Hi I recently had major issues with unauthorized charges made my WebsiteBox. The staff also became a huge issue at website box which included being hung up on multiple times (I won't mention their names even though I should). I continued to call until finally someone listen to me. That someone was Dan Quesnelle... his level of customer service is simply next level! He knew exactly what to say to calm me down and assured me he would not only look into the matter, but that he would also do his best to resolve it. If it wasn't for him I would be giving WebsiteBox a zero star rating. I hope whomever reviews these remarks will have the power to make sure the other people working in the customer service take a note or two from Dan. He's the man... I can't say enough about him. He solved the issue best he could and overall came out with a positive outcome. Thanks for listening to me Dan and not giving up when others at WebsiteBox were telling you different. You kept digging and I am very grateful. Thank you again. I'm team Dan... please promote him!
