For me, the sessions were not an efficient use of my time. Half an hour's content could have been delivered in 5-7 minutes. I'm already very in-tune with my body (former ballet dancer trained in dance kinesiology), and regularly use Thomas Hanna-based Somatics to "train" individual muscles (body & face). Just give me the exercises in the form of a daily protocol/progression & tell me why, anatomically, certain muscles are to relax or be toned. That's what I, personally, need. (I do, however, adore Fumiko's on-screen presence. She is so charismatic! And, I'm positive that Face Yoga Method benefits MANY people, so, I don't mean to bash it; it's just not for me.)
