I ordered covers for my patio furniture. The zipper came sewn on the side instead of hidden in the back like I requested. And despite my exact measurements the covers are baggy and wrinkled I have called now five times to try and figure out how to re-order them correctly and I keep getting emails from the customer feedback team simply saying they are sorry for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed.
