So far I'm only two days in and I find all of the content really interesting and informative and I love the menu options. I appreciate the fact that the app reminds me to log my food to track my calories and by doing this it gives me a push to continue with this very new path. Thanks 🙏🏽 for this game changer. I've gotten my 72 year old mother on board as well. And I've been trying to get her into something… anything for better health and mobility! Thanks again
