“Cancellation Woes”

We have used Ekomi for some years now and the product itself is fine. I have however been trying to cancel from October 2021 with zero acknowledgement of the request. I have submitted the request to multiple email addresses with not even an automated response. I am severely frustrated as I am answerable to my CEO and MD as to why Ekomi is still billing me for a service we do not need! Customer service is seriously lacking.
