I'm so angry I didn't read the reviews before purchasing! I ordered invitations and rsvp's for my wedding and absolutely hate them! The quality is very poor and they look chessy. I reached out to them so I'm hoping for a good outcome. This is false advertisement!
I went to make a return and the cashier was so rude! First thing I did was speak and it was crickets. Asked a question and no answer, so the entire transaction it was like talking to myself. She handed me my receipt and that's it. I called the next day to complain and was told the supervisor would call me back and of course they didn't. I'm completely done with them!
This company is a scam! The clothes look nothing like the pictures and they run small! When trying to return anything you have to pay for the shipment which is expensive so you lose either way

International logistics costs are too expensive, which all companies can’t avoid. So please forgive us for not being able to pay the return shipping fee, but sincerely remind you that when you buy goods in the future, you must choose the size according to the size chart, so as not to cause the wrong size selection. Your order has been delivered within 3 days, I don’t think any company can achieve this speed at this price. You want to exchange the goods, and thank you very much for liking this style, just because of the size problem caused your dissatisfaction. We also sincerely thank you for your feedback.
